EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Every piece at Seraya is the end result of our hard work, creativity, and love for all things sustainable and comfortable. Therefore, we ensure your clothes are well inspected before sending them to you. Nonetheless, if the outfit doesn’t work, we would be happy to be of assistance.
If you'd like to exchange the product, please send an e-mail to orders@serayaclothing.com with your order number and reason for exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated. If you wish for us to arrange for a reverse pickup from your address, please mention the same on email. Additional charges will be applicable.
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns. All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at orders@serayaclothing.com within 3 days of receiving the order. In this case, we can either arrange a replacement of the product or refund the amount to the original payment method.
All made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
The Seraya Clothing team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
