Shipping Policy

MODES OF PAYMENT

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) and also provide net banking options across major banks.  For all international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express). Orders placed with cash on delivery payment method will have an additional charge of INR 199.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products.

SHIPPING INFORMATION – General

For shipping, we use registered and reliable courier companies to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

We generally ship most orders within 13-15 business days from the date of order.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES - DOMESTIC ORDERS

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

  • Shipping is FREE for PREPAID domestic orders above INR 2500.


SHIPPING CHARGES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. Shipping products outside India can cost you anywhere between INR 1500 and INR 2800 over and above the order total, depending on factors such as weight and location.

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of GST.

DELIVERY TIME

All our products would be shipped to you within 7–10 business days, approximately. This estimate may vary for customised orders or out-of-stock products and be longer. For such orders, we would keep you updated about the approximate delivery date after ordering. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to factors such as operational delays at our logistic partners' end, including but not limited to outlier locations, regional holidays, and non-availability of customers.

*If you’d like to have your order delivered around a particular date, you can get in touch with us at orders@serayaclothing.com. Charges may be applicable.

* To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request that you provide your complete address and check it thoroughly before submitting. In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to be borne by the customer.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D)

In order to process COD orders, we will require an advance amount of 30% of the total order value. Our sales team will contact you with the next steps. In case you would like to take this on text, please message us through the Whatsapp chat button.

In case the customer fails to accept the delivery of the product ordered, the 30% of the amount collected would be refunded after a deduction of flat INR 450 against the amount incurred on delivery efforts (both to and fro). The refund will be processed once the product is received back at our warehouse.  

Please, note the order will only be processed after receiving the advance payment.
